Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 12 hour nights - Wed-Friday (630p-730a) every other Saturday.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent equipment failure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with industrial equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read schematics.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in an industrial setting.
