    Description

    Position Summary:

    As the Executive Business Associate, you will be providing crucial support services for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our Health System. You play a pivotal role in advancing the mission and vision of the health system, supporting the organization's Board of Directors, and ensuring smooth executive office operations.

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
    • Maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive information, and handle communication between the CEO and various departments.
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to support the CEO's objectives.
    • Oversee administrative staff within the executive office to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
    • Prepare materials for corporate meetings and executive leadership team gatherings.
    • Coordinate interviews for senior leader candidates and assist in the orientation of new direct reports.
    • Compose correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Monitor incoming communication and prioritize tasks for the CEO's attention.
    • Utilize resources for accurate information gathering and follow-up on issues.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards while working towards goals and participating in improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education:

    Accept any combination of education and work experience demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job tasks effectively.

    Minimum Experience:

    Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 and mastery of PowerPoint. Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication, and knowledge of organizational structures required.
