    Sushi Kuro is a fast casual sushi and ramen restaurant with two locations downtown and in northwest arvada. we are currently looking for a PM Kitchen Manger for our Location in Arvada. The Ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, flexible and looking to hone their craft of sushi Currently we have a full time PM sushi position available. job requirements will be discussed upon interviewing but looking for someone who can stay focused during the course of the evening and come in with a good attitude and knock out prep projects while being able to make orders and interact with the guest.

    Sushi Experience is preferred but not required, you will have two weeks of paid training with another chef till applicant is ready to go. this training will included making sushi rice, making sushi rolls, butchering whole fish including Salmon, Tuna, & Hamachi. there will also be a handful of private events and catering events that will require some different types of fish to be brought in.

    Management Experience is preferred but also not required if the applicant is confidant in being able to make the jump from being a Sushi/Line cook to managing a kitchen. The one thing we value at Sushi Kuro is culture, providing a excellent work environment is essential to the restaurant. having a strong manger who can take on problems that come though out the service and keep a level head is a huge part of the job.

    Compensation: WE ARE OFFERING A RAGE OF $ an hour. We will be offering Tip out to ALL BOH STAFF on top of there hourly wage.
