    Job Description Job Description As a Project Manager specializing in commercial plumbing projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects from conception to completion.

    This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Coordination:
    Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
    Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for project implementation.


    Team Management and Leadership:
    Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including plumbers, technicians, subcontractors, and support staff.
    Delegate tasks, set priorities, and provide direction to ensure the timely and successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.
    Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and excellence.


    Budget and Resource Management:
    Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints and profitability targets.
    Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    Identify and mitigate potential budgetary risks and implement corrective actions as needed.


    Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    Oversee quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess workmanship, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective measures to maintain quality standards.
    Address client concerns and feedback promptly, and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


    Client Relations and Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
    Communicate project updates, progress reports, and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate effective collaboration and project delivery.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on commercial plumbing projects.
    Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and construction practices.
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project goals.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
