Job Description Summary:
The Regional Operations Specialist acts as a primary backup to the Operations Manager, overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the region.
Role and responsibilities:
Operating Expense & Facilities :
Monitors and justifies monthly expenses to Ops Manager and RM based on plan
Responsible for proper allocation of any CO-OP collections of Cash or Products with HQ finance
Commercial:
Support customer service reps
Process Returns & credits under the direction of the Ops Manager
Monitor inventory turns (adjust the profile as needed).
Support Service Techs
Liaise with regional/sales managers, customer service and sales representatives
Administrative:
Primary contact for warehouse personnel (Hubs)
Maintains a detailed record of all regional demos, sizing sets, burn product
Assist with invoicing as needed
Assist with training as needed
Supports annual physical inventory
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and logistics.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Willingness to travel within the region, if necessary
Ability to work well in a team environment
Able to perform basic business math (profit margin, etc.)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:
This role may need to travel within the assigned region to visit operational sites and meet with regional teams or clients.
