Job summary
The recovery specialist will work with individuals to support and strengthen their capacity to engage in their personal recovery.The competencies and role of the recoveryspecialist shall include, but are not limited to, developing a Recovery Plan, educating individuals on how to navigate treatment systems
, providing recovery support services based on individual needs,
supporting individuals as they move through stages of change to encourage them in their recovery,
and maintaining relationships with participants.
