We are Hiring Job Posting: Case Manager Location: Rochester NY Department: Children Youth and Family Services Employment Type: Full time Schedule: Monday thru Friday typically 9am to 5pm Salary Under regular supervision provides treatment through a variety of therapeutic modalities to kinship families in order to preserve continued safety well-being and permanency of the child ren in the home maintains standards as defined by NASW Code of Ethics Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment.Responsibilities
- Provides therapeutic services to families primarily through home visits
- Serves will include but are not limited to individual couple family grandparent s or other relatives/child ren counseling parent training/education advocacy as needed
