- 10 years of experience in automation project management.
- Proficiency with Emerson DeltaV Process Control System (PCS).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments.
- Experience communicating with Executive Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Flexibility to work outside core business hours occasionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of GMP, GLP, and non-GMP project requirements.
- Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications.
- Experience with General contracting and engineering services.
- Familiarity with Oracle-based tools (OPPM & P6).
- Knowledge of EHS&S and security requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Implement capital automation projects following industry best practices.
- Support project scope, deliverables, schedule, and project teams.
- Participate in RFP development and vendor analysis for design build projects.
- Coordinate system integrations and ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
- Coordinate engineering and automation design, commissioning, and qualification.
- Recommend improvements in site processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide project status reports.
