    Description


    The Director provides planning, administrative, budgetary and direct supervisory control and direction to the Quality Control, Aircraft Reliability/Maintenance programs, Aircraft Records, Maintenance Training and Engineering departments.

    Oversees and assures company policy, procedures and practices are in accordance with FAR's in the maintenance of aircraft, engines and components, including activities in related support departments (Planning, Materials Management, Maintenance Control, Line Maintenance and all third party maintenance providers).Responsible for the quality of the Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).Responsible for the quality of the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS).

    Primary liaison between aircraft maintenance and the FAA.

    Serves as Chief Inspector in accordance with CFR REQUIREMENTS:
    Airframe and Powerplant License10 Years FAR 121 Aircraft Maintenance experience8 years management/supervisory experience (2 of which were in a Quality role)Working knowledge of Federal Air RegulationsWorking knowledge of aircraft operations and ABX Quality Control policy and procedures as they relate to Maintenance department and third-party maintenanceWorking knowledge and understanding of aircraft operated by
