    Description

    As a Junior Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients' marketing initiatives and contributing to the development of impactful campaigns.

    Working closely with our team, you'll assist in establishing strong brand identities, fostering positive consumer relationships, and executing strategic marketing tactics.


    Responsibilities:
    Communicate directly with clients' consumers to cultivate a positive brand image and enhance brand awareness.
    Collaborate with the Public Relations and Marketing Manager to create PR campaigns aligned with clients' objectives and market dynamics.
    Act as a liaison between consumers and corporate clients, addressing communication challenges and conveying brand messaging effectively.
    Assist in campaign logistics, including setup, breakdown, and management of marketing materials.
    Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies tailored to diverse audiences and market segments.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
    Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing and consumer engagement.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
    Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
