    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree (preferred), orAssociate's Degree AND two or more years of related experienceDemonstrated proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases) and demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication skills, required.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following.

    Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.

    Render decisions for admission applications in WorkdayProcess and issue residency documentation for students in compliance with established policies and proceduresEfficiently handle email inquiries from various departments across campus, providing timely and accurate responsesEvaluate and address escalated responses from the Communications Center's quick response group, ensuring a comprehensive review and resolution.

    This responsibility comes into play when Admissions Clerks encounter tasks beyond their scopeGenerate and distribute engagements to targeted student populationsProvide support during registration periods, offering assistance as needed to facilitate a smooth processDownload and process transcripts from electronic systems such as Parchment and Scribbles, as well as High School Equivalency (HSE) transcriptsManage the records box emailReview and analyze audit reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in admissions processesWork closely with Admissions Clerks and the Coordinator of Admissions to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
