    Description

    Set Solutions is seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer. Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, is supporting a client. This role is NOT with Trace3 but with a valued client.

    Primary Duties:

    1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive IAM program with robust policies and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
    2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data.
    3. Manage the planning and deployment of IAM solutions aligning with business and security objectives.
    4. Ensure the IAM program complies with relevant laws and regulations by working closely with senior leadership.
    5. Create, review, and update training materials to educate employees on identity and access management best practices.
    6. Stay abreast of industry developments and trends to continuously enhance the IAM strategy.
    7. Oversee Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes for efficient onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.
    8. Support the integration of IAM across applications to maintain a cohesive security posture.
    9. Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, technological value, and security.
    10. Gather requirements and lead enhancements of IAM systems in collaboration with stakeholders.
    11. Coordinate with incident response teams to swiftly address identity-related security breaches.
    12. Manage relationships with IAM solution providers to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.
    13. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws through effective identity management strategies.
    14. Lead IAM audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
    15. Participate in strategic IT security planning and decision-making processes.

    Minimum Requirements & Skills:

    Educational/Experience Level:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and five years of experience in IT SOX Compliance, audit, or a related field; or equivalent.
    • Preferred certifications: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or similar credentials. Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM.
    • Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD.
