    Wealth Management Planning Consultant

    When you deal with clients, it's not just about transactions; it's about nurturing relationships. Our goal is to establish strong, personal connections with our clients, which is an essential aspect of the role of the Wealth Management Planning Consultant.


    The Expertise We Seek
    • Hold FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 license (or ability to obtain series 65/66 upon hiring) and Life Insurance license
    • Minimum of five years experience in Financial Services
    • Degree and/or other professional certifications like CFP are advantageous


    The Purpose of Your Role
    Your role involves offering top-notch customer service to Fidelity's most sophisticated clients. By maintaining regular communication and collaborating with the team, you play a crucial part in supporting the Advisor's initiatives to expand and enhance their business.

    The Value You Provide
    • Manage inbound calls and emails from a client base and collaborate on customer communications
    • Address various customer needs, including mutual fund inquiries, asset allocation discussions, brokerage needs, tax-free and deferred investments, trust and estate planning, as well as income and retirement planning
    • Work closely with the Advisor to implement a structured client contact strategy and promote annual reviews
    • Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, High Net Worth product development, and other advanced product offerings
    • Conduct basic guidance preparation discussions that align with the client's overall strategies as developed by the Financial Consultant
    • Assist in pre- and post-guidance appointments; follow up with clients to understand meeting objectives and prepare for future appointments

As a dedicated team member, through a dynamic and personalized approach, this Wealth Management Planning Consultant will help advance the long-term goals of our most sophisticated clients.

    The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000. Placement within the range will be determined by job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is just one component of the total compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility criteria, the offer may include bonuses or other variable compensations.
