    The Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) will focus on supporting regions to ensure consistency in executing the MADE (Mark Anthony Delivering Extraordinary Execution) Strategy.

    The Regional Operations Manager will ensure the flow of information between Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

    Regional Operations Managers are responsible for executing regional annual business Planning, internal & external incentive programs, regional execution tracking, building and implementing new technology and execution processes.

    ROMs will strategically collaborate within Region 360, consisting of Regional Finance and Regional Marketing and supporting their duties of pricing strategies, event activations, and shopper marketing programs.


    Core Duties and Responsibilities:
    Regional Operations (50%)


    Identify opportunities to improve processes across all regions, streamline efforts and drive consistency in executionFacilitate the flow of information across multiple departments down to the Region Sales Team (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance).Assist the GM with Depletion Forecasting, Mix Analysis, and Inventory Management (Integration with Financial LEs)Develop and execute Regional Incentive programs (reporting & ROI)Distributor Meeting & CommunicationFacilitate Region Market tours and ensure all Executive reporting is completed accurately and on timeAssist Regional Finance with pricing strategies to optimize productivity, revenue, margin, and ROI.In addition, Partner with the Pricing team to establish a regional pricing process and the tools to support this.

    Serve as a liaison between Sales and Logistics, addressing supply and production issues, inventory management, and allocationsOwnership of product allocation process, orders, and communication between the logistics, sales teams, and distributors (if required).Region AdministrationPO Management (Partner with Finance)ODISFlavor Mall / POS / Truck Wraps2.

    Sales Analytics & Execution Tracking (25%)Drive MADE Standards through Store survey, Pricing, Distribution, Promotion & DisplayResponsible for all Regional Sales Reporting development in partnership with the Sales Analytics team (Reporting includes executive reporting, sales team reporting, sales KPI reporting, and all other reporting needs necessary and required to run the business).Regional Tracking of Execution results (DDOT) - supported by the Sales Analytics TeamKey contact for RMM with a focus on MIPP States to ensure media strategy is executed3.

    Support The Yearly Annual Business Planning Process (25%)Support GMs in working with the team to develop Yearly Annual Business Plans for Volume, Distribution, and investment (MIPP)Integrate the Business plan with the Financial Plan (Finance/Pricing)Minimum Requirements:
