    $24hr (Weekly pay + Benefits)

    3-6 month temp to turn permanent

    Full-time (M-F) 8:30am-4:30pm

They are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join the team

    Overview

    Our Customer Support Specialist ensures incoming mail reaches our customers digital accounts. This position requires someone who will provide onsite support to the virtual mail division of our business. In this role, you will also receive physical shipments from various carriers and ship these packages to a specified location. You will be responsible for speed, efficiency, accuracy while maintaining high productivity levels.

    What excites you:

    • Document, sort, pack, and ship customer mail.
    • Monitor the flow of mail from our remote locations to our processing center(s) and investigate any disruptions, opening cases, contacting vendors, and submitting refunds/claims when necessary.
    • Import, categorize, and review address network shipping backhaul and invoice data from a variety of sources, including USPS and UPS.
    • Support quality control metrics and programs, and drive continuous quality improvements (systems, processes, and capability), innovation and elimination of non-value-added tasks.
    • Work with management to resolve production problems and bottlenecks to ensure efficiency and prevent delays & customer dissatisfaction.

    What excites us:

    • 1+ yrs experience in a Customer Support role, Data Entry, Mailroom, Shipping and/or Account management
    • Experience entering data into a system and comfortable being in front of a computer for a period of time.
    • Ability to manage virtual mail inbox and ability to submit customer mail to their online account
    • Some understanding of the shipment process and able to ship packages to a specified location.
    • Able to accurately submit/clock in internal time spent on tasks, which is used for tracking metrics
    • Work with invoice data from a variety of sources, including USPS and UPS.
    • Ability to manage physical mail within the office
    • Requires exceptional attendance and punctuality.
    • Able to lift 40lb.
    • Ability and experience to independently self-manage, absent of leaderships direct oversight.
    • Positive-thinking and team player.
