Perficient currently has a career opportunity for Supply Chain Strategist.

The Supply Chain Strategist role is intended to manage and adapt continuously to project goals. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments, including account, creative and technology teams, in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop work streams
• Ability to create and deliver business strategies and drive solutions
• Establish and / or execute project test strategy, methodology, test plans
• Client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery
• Communicate concisely and clearly to clients ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner
• Knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to identify opportunities
• Able to conduct presentations
• Translate client's business needs into business requirements, use cases and systems interaction diagrams
• Partner with clients on approved solutions
• Assist project teams on high, mid and micro plans for project team
• Contribute to project tplan creation, including proposals, SOWs, kickoff, critical path, milestones, delivery dates and client deliverables per client acceptance criteria
• Drive the project and team to deliver project deliverables on time

Qualifications

• Supplier and customer integration (e.g. EDI, API's)
• Supply Chain consulting experience
• Strong Project Management and Product Management - ability to manage complex and fast paced project engagements
• Confidence and conviction when presenting to client senior executives, client sub-contractors and internal leadership
• Ability to take an analytical approach to problem solving
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Great organizational, planning and multitasking skills
• Bachelors Degree
• Process improvement, lean six sigma certified a plus
• Supply Chain certified is a plus
• Availability to travel per the request of our clients.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008-$170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
