Night Shift, Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am


Job description:

MUST HAVES:
2-3 years' experience in maintenance/production/quality areas
1-2 years' experience in people management
Able to read drawings, blueprints, machine performance reports etc.
Lean or Six Sigma Certifications
Advanced computer skills (ERP, MS Office Suite, Auto CAD)
Solution based mindset
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Bachelors Degree

D2D:
Oversee job assignments, materials planning, and safety compliance.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Meet production forecasts.
Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.
Ensure quality through SOP audit dialogues and execution.
Lead performance and improvement meetings.
Provide hands-on support and direction to the night shift team.
Create a work environment emphasizing productivity, customer service, and quality.
Utilize continuous improvement skills (5S, Lean manufacturing, KAIZEN, TPM).
Set and monitor targets for the team and individual employees (broken down by unit level).
Take ownership of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and other company policies.
Act as a bridge between the factory and support functions.
Resolve daily issues effectively.
Recognize employee performance.
