Job summary
We are seeking a transformational and strategic leader as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Innovation and Enablement. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our company's goals, enhanced experiences, and drive organizational growth.This individual will be responsible for creating strategies, translating business requirements and problem statements, as well as leading, and accountable for, the full TA strategy portfolio with strategies created by others.
Examples of strategies would include Assessment & Selection, Talent Attraction & Engagement, Source Channels, Employment Branding etc.Job description
