    Genesis Products is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual to join our team as Inside Sales/Customer Service. The position requires consistently focused work, computer skills, the ability to learn custom software, and the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers. Individuals must demonstrate a professional, positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Job Responsibilities
    • Fills orders using internal ERP System, communicate expected delivery date, and backorders.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, field customer questions and concerns.
    • Support Outside Sales Rep
    • Communicate with various departments to troubleshoot, report, and track problems to insure on-time delivery.
    • Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly customer metrics and other productivity goals successfully.
    • Utilization of tools to identify and implement action plans to address gaps in metrics / Customer service levels.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Strong written and verbal skills in responding to client needs with a positive and professional manner.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent listening skills
    • Possess people skills, data entry skills, and remain customer focused.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience in customer service preferred.
    • This role requires a flexible team player who strives for continuous improvement with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.
