- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with upper and lower extremity injuries and disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques.
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures to address extremity conditions, such as fractures, ligament tears, and joint replacements.
- Provide clear explanations and compassionate care to patients throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- MD degree and board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus on extremities.
- State licensure to practice medicine in Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong surgical skills and experience with a variety of extremity procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Competitive per-diem rate with the opportunity to negotiate additional compensation per procedure.
- Flexible work schedule (up to 2 days per month).
