    They are currently recruiting for a Logistics Manager in Andover, MA.

    Essential Duties of The Logistics Manager

    Drives end-to-end logistics execution across all areas of the command center, including resource dispatch, effective resource assignments, air and ground transportation, travel arrangements, etc.

    , to ensure aviation resources, clinical resources, equipment, and organs arrive where and when they are needed
    Collaborates with all areas of the LCC, including transplant clinical coordination, ground transport coordination, aviation coordination, and logistics support

    Establishes an itinerary outlining means of transportation and a timeline to be shared with the donor and receiver sites.

    Prepares clear and cost-effective transportation quotes for customers
    Operates at the highest level of quality, meeting customer needs in a cost-efficient manner by efficiently managing interfaces and coordination between the various LCC teams
    Recommend and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and team projects as assigned
    This job is based full-time at our Logistics Command Center (remote shifts are not permitted). The Logistics Manager will work approximately 15 12-hour shifts per month in a 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
    Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of operations experience, including logistics, retail, transportation, command center, control tower, etc.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based on thoughtful and accurate analysis
    Tech savvy and able to quickly learn various apps to manage the relevant processes
    BS in science, math, engineering, operations, or other relevant subject, or equivalent combination of education and experience
