- Cashiers will handle purchases made by customers in the cafeteria. Also provide excellent customer service and correct money handling
- Dishwashers will operate an industrial dishwasher and will be doing that for their entire shift
- Cooks will be in the kitchen, batch kitchen cooking for buffet style food. Hospitals see over 700 guests a day. Ideal Cook will have experience from a fast paced restaurant.
- Stocking, servicing the line, taking out trash
- Cashiers/dishwashers will assist the chef with duties throughout the day
- Trayline workers will take orders from customers, bring trays from cafeteria to customers
- Large batch cooking style, large quantities of food
- Help running the kitchen and working on the line preparing foods
- Cleaning the kitchen
