Responsibilities include:
-warmly greeting each patient
-answering the phone
-scheduling appointments
-verifying insurance benefits
-correctly adding in patient demographic information
-collecting correct payment information
-assisting other staff as needed
We consider this position in our office to be extremely important and we are looking for the right person to join our team. We consider each patient to be a part of our family, and we expect everyone in the office to embrace the same approach.
