    Job Description

    David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our Indianapolis team. This role significantly impacts the customer's home buying experience and contributes to the company's success.

    We provide a work environment that encourages serving customers, both internal and external. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are offered to set our team up for success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction
    • Prospect, market, and promote new business
    • Follow up with prospects and home buyers throughout the sales and build process
    • BUILD EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH REALTORS
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
    • Understand the loan process

    Qualifications:

    • Previous new home sales experience or 2+ years sales experience in high-end sales
    • Proven closing/negotiating skills
    • Strong communication and listening skills
    • A proven background in prospecting and follow-up
    • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
    • Strong organizational and marketing skills
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, and integrity
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Work Arrangements:

    • Required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
    • This position operates out of one of our new-home communities in the Indianapolis metro area
    • Visits to other sites may be required
