    Job Description


    American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a hospital radiology department
    • Shift is 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
    • No blocked scheduling available
    • Use of Epic EMR is required
    • Travelers must not reside within 50 miles or in specified nearby counties
    • Competency testing may be required depending on background and specialty
    • More than 3 call outs in a 13 week period will result in contract termination and make up shifts are required within 6 weeks
    • Requested time off must be submitted at time of application
    • Travel pairs are not allowed on this assignment
    • Candidates may only apply to one position

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an MRI Technologist
    • Active NYS license required if applicable
    • Certifications must be from AHA or RQI
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
    • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
    • US Social Security Number is required for consideration
    • Medical exemption for flu vaccine must be signed by a licensed professional; no personal or religious declinations accepted
