Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook/Customer Service Team Member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and providing outstanding service to our customers.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing assistance as needed
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes quickly and accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus
