The successful candidate will primarily focus on medical malpractice defense litigation, providing top-notch legal services to our clients. This position offers a competitive salary structure and a comprehensive benefits package.Representing healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice defense litigation.
Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborating with senior attorneys and paralegals to manage caseloads efficiently.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to medical malpractice and healthcare.
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are adequately protected.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.
Exceptional knowledge of federal and state laws related to healthcare and medical malpractice.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
