Vice President of Logistics We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Logistics to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing systems and processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Logistics will be a key contributor to the growth and sustainability of the organization.

Operating in the e-commerce landscape, our company works with big box stores such as Walmart, Costco and online marketplaces such as Wayfair, Amazon, and Overstock to provide LTL/final mile delivery service logistics solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure a consistent and efficient supply chain
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Lead the design and execution of logistics solutions for customer demands
• Drive process improvements and cost savings
• Develop and manage performance metrics for services and processes
• Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure the most favorable outcomes

*Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, computer skills, ecommerce, contract signing, LTL trucking, and sales
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
