- Able to operate as a marketing generalist across multiple marketing functions (i.e. content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, SEO)
- Experience collaborating with health system visionary C-Suite (e.g. CIO, SVP Marketing, SVP Innovation/Strategy, VP Patient Access) to coordinate speaker opportunities for LinkedIn webinars a plus
- Comfortable operating as a coach & player
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for marketing initiatives as applicable
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Manage trade show conference signup (two a year), booth selection, booth/collateral design, hotel reservations and possible attendance
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- Ability to identify and formulate target goals and objectives that support our sales initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2+ years experience with SaaS healthcare IT understanding
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You're motivated to build and test an industry-leading marketing function from the ground up alongside a small, talented, high-trust team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software (hubspot experience preferred but not required)

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Content/Digital marketing lead at Amenities Health. This person will support the company's sales and marketing efforts by leading our marketing strategy and initiatives in alignment with our sales objectives . You'll work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies, and play a crucial role in supporting revenue growth for the organization. We are seeking a talented content/digital marketing lead to join our dynamic team. As a marketing lead at Amenities, you will be leveraging our CRM (hubspot), the blog page of our website, and the press page of our website. You should be comfortable in both player & coach roles, as this will be a marketing team of 1 with the expectation that you could also scale and grow a marketing team as applicable. Job duties will not be limited to the following, but will include:
Compensation: $90,000-125,000/yr base salary, with the addition of equity & commission
Location: Fully Remote, but must be based in the United States
