Job summary
We are a rapidly growing home care agency looking for a Recruiter & HR Specialist to own and scale our caregiver recruiting and onboarding systems.This is not a traditional HR role.
Your #1 responsibility is recruiting — building pipelines, improving show rates, leveraging automation, and ensuring we always have qualified caregivers ready to onboard.,
Responsibilities
- Owning caregiver recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, screening interviewing onboarding
- Manage and improve recruiting funnels workflows automations Reduce no-shows time-to-hire through better systems Maintain consistent pipeline of qualified caregivers Track recruiting KPIs report weekly results
- Supporting caregiver onboarding compliance documentation assisting with client onboarding admin tasks as needed supporting VA-related administrative workflows training provided collaborating with scheduling operations leadership teams.
