    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicles for servicing, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maximizing departmental profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate work orders on used vehicles and provide complete estimates of needed repairs to Used Car Managers.
    • Work closely with the Parts Department and Technicians to improve cycle time.
    • Oversee technicians to maintain the highest level of quality.
    • Coordinate work needed with offsite vendors and dealerships.
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and smoothly operating facility.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer required.
    • Above-average phone and communication skills are essential.
    • A positive, upbeat attitude and ability to up-sell clients on products and services are necessary.
    • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients.
    • Adaptability to changing business needs.
