    Central Florida Anesthesiologist Jobs - Near The Villages
    Clinical Role

    Permanent, full-time positions
    Seeking

    two Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Anesthesiologists
    Each anesthesiologist will work at

    one hospital only

    (not rotating) - client is open to a variety of scheduling options including Monday-Friday, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, etc.
    Hospitals are approximately

    20 minutes apart

    and part of the

    University of Florida medical system
    Identical job descriptions at both locations
    W-2 employment
    Case Mix

    Orthopedics
    ENT (no pediatrics)
    GI
    General Surgery
    Spine
    Vascular

    GYN
    No Cardiac
    No OB
    No Trauma
    Practice Model

    Medically direct up to

    4 CRNAs
    8 operating rooms
    Work with a

    private anesthesiology group
    Compensation & Benefits


    Total Compensation Package:
    Up to

    $600,000 annually

    Base Salary:
    $550,000 (W-2)

    Sign-On Bonus:
    $75,000 (3-year contract)

    Retention Bonus:
    Additional $75,000 at 3 years

    Vacation:
    10 weeks
