    Description


    Kane Partners is searching for a Senior Civil Highway Engineer for an Engineering & Construction Management company to service their government and corporate clients.

    We are searching for an experienced Engineer to lead project teams with various degrees of complexity and planning.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and/or conduct Civil Engineering design tasks including geometrics, profiles/grading, drainage/storm water management, soil erosion and sediment control, traffic signs and markings, maintenance, and protection of traffic.
    • Design scope of work and associated fee estimates, and other business development
    • Provides coaching for other Engineers and acts as a mentor resource for junior employees
    • Strong communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of the organization
    • Prepares and/or supervises preparation of detailed plans and specifications for highway rehabilitation projects.


    This is a full-time Senior Civil Highway Engineer position with the opportunity to make significant contributions to the future success of the company.

    Desired candidates will be working with construction management and land surveying services for both public and private sector.
