    Major International Company seeks a well-qualified Trainer for its superior Customer / Client Service department right here in Miami.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop training materials: Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to the needs of trainees for entry-level as well as high professional roles.

    Conduct training sessions and facilitate onboarding: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to trainees, both in person and virtually, covering topics such as escalations, call center operations, skill refinement, goal setting/achieving, technology, and the Company's vision. Online (formal eLearning, videos, etc.) Instructor-led courses (in-person or virtual). Performance support resources (job aides), and Reference guides.

    Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance evaluations, and other metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

    Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training engagement to ensure training materials and methods remain current and relevant.

    Collaborate with cross-functional with their inter departmental teams: Work closely with inter-departmentally to understand needs and incorporate feedback into training programs.

    Provide ongoing support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to internal staff, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional training as needed.

    Facilitate courses as needed to support the execution of training programs in multiple delivery methods, including on site and virtually.

    Required Skills:

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and e-learning platforms.

    Empathy, organization, and excellent communication skills are required.

    Front platform experience is a plus.

    Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field required.

    A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Training & Development within a corporate environment required.

    Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

    Experience in the selection and administration of assessment tools and providing feedback on individual or group assessment data preferred.

    Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, and instructional design software preferred.

    Proficient in utilizing development software in the creation of engaging training materials and programs (e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond, Abode Creative Cloud) preferred.
