    • Ensure that human resources policies and procedures are managed consistently both within the department and across the company.
    • Respond to queries related to job applications and job offers.
    • Assist with employee onboarding to ensure an effective experience for new employees.
    • Assist with hotel reservations, flight reservations, and car service for new employees as needed and as requested by management.
    • Assist in the orientation of new employees to foster a positive attitude toward company goals and ensure that applicants and employees understand company policies and procedures.
    • Process all pre-employment and new hire documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Verify I-9 documentation and report new hires to government entities in an accurate and timely manner. Serve as support for the E-Verify Program and ensure that the Company complies with all laws applicable to I-9 and E-Verify.
    • Update information in employee files, scan and retrieve documents from employee files, and provide information to authorized personnel.
    • Assist in collecting all renewal documents, including employment authorization and driver's license.
    • Assist with employee benefits, Open Enrollment, Initial Enrollment and Terminations.
    • Responsible for managing item tracking at Spectrum; Add and remove devices, process and save all property forms, and provide forms to the administrative employee.
    • Responsible for processing employee terminations in a timely manner.
    • Help schedule employee training and save all certifications.
    • Ensure Human Resources forms are organized and updated to ensure they are easily available.
    • Assist with blogging for employee anniversaries, new hires, promotions, special events, wellness, and other HR activities in a timely manner.

    EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Education:
    Associate's or bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in human resources or benefits administration.
    Experience: 3 years or more in Human Resources.

    Computer skills:

    To perform this job successfully, a person must have knowledge of Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and word processing software.
