As a Service Delivery Principal Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers' priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement.

You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, ensuring that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreement
facilitating continuous improvement
Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience and relationships
Develop strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs, identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities
Be an experienced Service Delivery Engineer, with a strong history of resolving complex issues along with proven problem solving and negotiation skills
Strong experience in Broadcom(VMware) Products especially in Horizon Virtual Desktop space 3+ year experience
Experience with Dell converged and Hyper-converged Platform administration (VxRail, PowerFlex), Storage and software defined storage (ScaleIO/VSAN), Windows and Linux Administration
Cloud provider administration (AWS, Azure, Google)DevOps experience in scripting and automation is a plus
Have strong organizational and planning skills, being able to coordinate teams across all program activities

8 to 12 years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
