- Will perform various operations like sandblasting, cutting, drilling, arbor presses, and pinning.
- Complete various machine maintenance.
- Inspect work using gaging and inspection devices to verify conformance to specifications.
- Meet expectations for productivity and quality and strive for continuous improvement.
- Follows guidelines established for work scheduling and understands delivery objectives.
- Participates in continuous improvement and lean activities.
- Report any machine or process problems and variances.
- Will serve as the backup for urethane, including training others in the urethane process.
- Collaborates with others, is open-minded, responsive, and supports others' efforts to succeed.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal is required.
- Experience working with an ERP system (such as Oracle and/or Factivity) is preferred.
- Frequent standing, reaching, and walking.
- Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and some chemicals is common.
