    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Position Summary:

    Perform turbine wash utilizing Cyclean wash equipment. Providing after-hours maintenance on-call support for the regional operational bases as directed.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

    · Knowledge of computers

    · General knowledge of federal regulations

    · Ability to read and understand blue prints

    · Ability to read and understand aircraft wiring diagrams

    · Ability to legally operate a motorized vehicle

    · Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, aircraft system

    · Performs all airframe, power plant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements

    · Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment

    · Completes all required maintenance records

    · Accurately records time worked on work order

    · Interprets technical manuals, drawings and blueprints

    · Tows and parks aircraft

    · Performs other aircraft maintenance work as may be required

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications, skills, and abilities:

    · High School Diploma or Equivalent

    · Knowledge and Understanding of the English Language

    · Excellent Communication Skills

    · 3 years of previous aircraft maintenance experience preferred.

    · Military Experience preferred, not required

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills

    · PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess the ability to:

    1. Stand

    2. Lie down

    3. Kneel

    4. Climb stairs, scaffolds or ladders

    5. Frequently lift, pull, and hold objects weighing more than 70 pounds

    6. Noise and vibration are common when engines are on, so ear protection is necessary.

    Working conditions: Turbine Washers usually work outdoors, in numerous types of weather. Often work under time pressure to maintain flight schedules to keep from inconveniencing customers. At the same time, turbine washers have a tremendous responsibility to maintain safety standards. *
