    Position Overview

    As the Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to implement HR strategies that support our company's objectives and foster a positive work environment. From talent acquisition to employee relations and compliance, you will be instrumental in driving the HR agenda forward.

    What you'll do

    • Work with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage end to end talent acquisition
    • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
    • Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employees
    • Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive work environment
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion
    About you
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 in a management position
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup environment
    • HR certification highly preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
    • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    Location
    • NYC | Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in our Tribeca office from 10am to 7pm EST daily
