We are seeking an experiencedSenior Technical Recruiter with a background in corporate, staffing agency, and technical recruitment tojoin our dynamic HR team. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifyingand acquiring top talent for our AEC projects.

    As aSenior Technical Recruiter at Barge Design Solutions,you will be responsible for the recruitment of critical roles within ourorganization. Leveraging your extensive corporate, staffing agency, andtechnical recruitment experience, you will collaborate closely with hiringmanagers and department heads to identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talentfor our AEC projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Sourcing: Employ a wide range of sourcing strategies, including industry networks, job boards, social media, staffing agencies, and direct outreach, to identify and attract highly qualified AEC professionals.
    • Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit within the AEC sector.
    • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements, craft detailed job descriptions, and gain a deep understanding of team needs.
    • Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing requirements within the AEC industry.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze industry trends, and market conditions to continuously enhance the hiring process and provide valuable reports to company leadership.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to the AEC sector.
    • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining transparent communication, and facilitating a smooth interview process.
    • Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with AEC professionals, attend industry events, and stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices within the AEC industry.
    Education & Experience Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • 8 - 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in corporate, staffing agency, and technical recruitment within the AEC industry a plus.
    • Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Cornerstone on Demand a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage technical professionals.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
