    Job Description

    Lycamobile seeks a skilled Account Executive to join their Sales Team in Binghamton, NY.

    The individual will report to the Team Lead, Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

    This position may be remote with weekly visits to the Binghamton, NY office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive company revenue

    • Increase customer activations (sales by dealer to customers) in the assigned territory

    • Grow distribution and ensure Retailers have adequate stock & merchandising/marketing materials

    • Educate and train Retailers on service offerings, systems and processes

    • Maintain and build relationships with store personnel

    • Improve the customer experience within retail environments

    • Report daily activity, store conditions, trends and competitive data

    • Provide feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions

    • Develop and implement business plans for designated regions, driving measurable results

    • Conduct store visits and phone calls within region

    • Expand sales through establishing and maintaining Retailer contacts

    • Strengthen brand awareness in the channel through merchandising, display maintenance

    • Requirements include measurements for custom branding requests.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2-5 years wireless experience required

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Any combination of education and experience

    • Highly self-motivated and independent team player

    • Prior success meeting performance goals and requirements (prepaid wireless industry experience preferred)

    • Ability to take initiative and problem solve

    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate and direct projects

    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

    • Valid driver's license (at least 2 years in the US)

    • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
