Job summary

We are seeking a Lead Instructor in the Lynwood area. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic setting. They should also possess exceptional communication skills, access to reliable transportation, and a willingness to go through our professional development training program.

Responsibilities

  • Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area
  • Lead STEAM projects/activities for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum
  • Create relationships with parents and students that build on trust and respect
  • Create a safe environment for the students
