Job summary
We are seeking full-time team members to fulfill our 2pm-10pm Monday - Friday shift. Team members also rotate Saturdays working 10am-3pm.Perform duties to respond to incoming calls and make routine outbound calls to assist patients clients and prescribers offices with new and recurring prescription orders address related questions concerns working within established routines.
- Work closely with staff at facilities clients patients doctors offices assist them issues regarding prescriptions filled by Parkview Health Services
- Respond to incoming calls process new refill medication orders ensure continuity maintenance of therapy.
