POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning , scaling, and polishing teeth
• Take dental x rays and scans
• Assess patients' oral health and provide education and guidance
• Work closely with doctor to develop appropriate treatment plans based upon existing conditions
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required
• Competence using industry standard practice management software
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Maintain accurate and up to date patient records

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene required
• Xray certification required
• Valid license to practice Dental Hygiene in Oregon required
• CPR certification required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience providing the very highest quality dental hygiene to patients of all ages
• Highly skilled, motivated, demonstrating passion for continuous growth and development
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to lead with kindness, compassion, and follow with joy and integrity

COMPENSATION

• Negotiable, DOE $55 $70+ hr depending upon experience, availability, fit, etc.
• Generous signing bonus
