- Process and balance bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff, including salary adjustments, incentives, variable compensation, bonuses.
- Monitor and approve ADP self-service requests, such as direct deposit forms, tax forms, address changes, dependent changes.
- Validate timecards and automatic accruals of PTO and Personal Wellness Banks.
- Complete required payroll related reports for benefit carriers, accounting, and affiliate companies.
- Process state and federal quarterly and annual reports and filings.
- Process new state or removal of state withholding tax, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including wage laws.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of 1095c and W2 forms.
- Complete employment verification and verification of income requests.
- Assist with unemployment claims through 3rd party administrator.
- Administer all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, pet insurance, flexible spending, workers compensation, etc.
- Act as liaison between employees and leave administration vendor.
- Reconcile all billing statements relating to payroll and benefits.
- Handle all employee inquiries relating to payroll and benefits.
- General knowledge of ACA, OSHA, EEOC, ADA, PDA, ERISA, HIPAA, PRWORA, IRCA I-9, FLSA, USERRA, GINA Title VI, ADEA, and FMLA preferred.
- Payroll processing and benefits administration experience, 3-5 years required.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, inclusive of payroll, time, and attendance, required.
- Experience with multi-state payroll and taxes a plus.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft suite of products.

- Ability to multitask and remain agile and innovative.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- PEO related experience a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
