Eli Lilly RTP represents a cutting-edge Parenteral, Device Assembly, and Packaging Facility in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. This opportunity allows you to join Team Lilly and engage with state-of-the-art formulation and visual inspection technologies.

The Quality Assurance Floor Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the QA Floor Support team and reports to the QA Floor Support Supervisor. Responsibilities include offering QA guidance in Parenteral equipment preparation, formulation, filling, and visual inspection areas, ensuring operational compliance and upholding quality standards.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
Ensure training compliance and communicate effectively on quality issues
Provide guidance on quality practices and drive a culture of quality on-site
Monitor aseptic behaviors and quality systems in designated areas
Review and approve GMP documentation to support daily operations
Conduct daily Quality Checks and sample collection activities
Offer support for QA systems and participate in inspections
Collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to work overtime when needed

Additional Preferences:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and Quality Systems
Familiarity with inventory management and deviations systems
Experience with GMP production environments and facility start-ups
Understanding of Validation/Qualification activities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

Additional Information:

Night shift position with a rotating twelve-hour day shift schedule
Opportunity to work in various areas within the DAP and Warehouse buildings
