    BringFuel
    • AGRILAND FS is looking for a Client Services Coordinator with attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills.
    As a member of our BringFuel and AGRILAND FS team, this individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and capitalizing on national accounts while providing a multi-product strategy sales approach.

    BringFuel, powered by AGRILAND FS, is a distributor of bulk fuel and lubricants to locations and customers across the country, meeting the needs of various industries, including commercial and industrial construction, equipment rental companies, and disaster and emergency response.


    Core Responsibilities:
    Deliver overall customer experience leading to additional sales volume and valueCoordinate and execute invoices for customers providing appropriate data and/or reports to quantify each invoiceManage product inventory at each site utilizing various software and delivery trackingMaintain all proper billing procedures and project flow including use of pay apps and other appropriate platforms Generate customer reports as needed and utilizes other technology to improve efficienciesEstablish relationships with customers and works within those companies for additional business and networking What we need from you:A two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experienceBasic accounting and business skills Data entry experience with excellent attention to detailComputer skills including Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to learn proprietary softwareExcellent communication and time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibilityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one timeExcellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solveMust have and maintain a valid driver's license Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessaryWhat we offer our team:Opportunity to make an immediate impact with a strong team dedicated to successResources to learn and further develop your skills in business and leadershipOpportunity for career developmentSolid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company matchCompetitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and moreCasual office attireAre you a good match to join the BringFuel - AGRILAND FS Team as a Client Services Coordinator in Winterset?
