- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

Akron General's 7100 Complex Medical Care/Cardiac Telemetry unit prides itself on providing top-quality and patient-centered care all while ensuring the safety of their patients. This fast-paced unit cares for patients who require extensive ADL assistance, high risk fall patients, and patients with pneumonia, FTT, weakness, confusion, sepsis, PEG care, central lines, multiple antibiotic therapies, blood transfusions, IV push/cardiac drip titration medications and tracheostomies. As a Registered Nurse, you will become familiar with complex medical histories, innovative surgical procedures, pain modalities, and comprehensive nutritional support.
Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
• Providing direct nursing care.
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patients' conditions as appropriate.
• Preparing patient care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications.
