    Responsibilities:
    Provide Tier 3 to help desk and backend support
    Develop network design, perform installation/configuration of new/existing network equipment
    Troubleshoot / provide ongoing operational diagnosis and resolution to network problems
    Continuous process improvement for LAN, WAN, and VOIP infrastructure
    Work close to monitor Infrastructure with MSP who is providing SOC and SIEM
    Research and recommend innovation where possibility for automation for IT administrative tasks
    Position will require occasional after-hours, weekend and holiday support
    In charge IT policies and procedures to govern help desk security standards
    Replacement/upgrade of end of life physical servers, Windows OS, and VM environment
    Provide cost effective latest technology to reduce daily routine help desk issues
    Ability to work independently
    Security risk assessment
    Create and test Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan
    Implement enterprise wide standards for all sites
    Excellent communication skills; excellent attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; strong interpersonal skills
    Problem solving and provide compliance guidance
    Create IT Governance policies and SOPs
    Implement best security practice to protect users and business from Cyber Attacks
    Implement security best practice to avoid imbalance daily business operation and protection of company assets
    Provide good judgement to eliminate managing by exception to prevent security risks
    Implement backup solution to eliminate any physical tape storage
    Create test plans for quarterly data recovery
    Assessment ongoing ERP application security environment to strengthen and provide guidance to consultant needs


    Qualifications:
    Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
    Must have 10 years demonstrated education, training, and experience in the following areas:
    Network technologies and products such as Switches, VOIP, Firewalls, Call Manager, Wireless controllers, Security, network management, etc
    Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g Wireshark, SolarWinds network tools)
    Ability to configure and troubleshoot (Cisco IOS, Aruba Centra, HP Switches, Palo Alto)
    Comprehensive knowledge of L2/L3 technologies, VLAN, VLAN tagging, VTP, Spanning Tree,
    Strong knowledge of routing protocols
    Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure setups, switches, routers, firewalls, servers, VPN, and internet/intranet security architecture and applications
    Strong knowledge and experience with data replication, load balancing, LAN/WAN acceleration, and bandwidth optimization appliances and technologies
    Experience with network migrations/upgrades
    Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Azure Gov Cloud, Inture, Entra ID, power shell script, group policies
    Proven track record for successful large scale workstation upgrades/roll outs and server upgrades
    Proper assessment of ACLs creating for proper denied and access in firewalls, switches and on servers
    Comprehensive patching to all network appliance from (VM, Switches, Physical servers firmware, firewalls)
