    Job Description:
    Metas Solutions has an opening for an experienced public health analyst to provide remote delivery.

    Candidates for this role will be expected to set and meet milestones independently, coordinate with other members of a multi-disciplinary project team to complete deliverables, track and provide technical review and analysis of awardee project plans and deliverables, schedule, and conduct meetings with government staff, and independently create and disseminate reports and other documentation, sometimes within compressed timelines for diverse audiences.

    Candidates should have experience with public health program evaluation as well as performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of collected data.

    Responsibilities:
    Coordinating stakeholder meetings (in person and virtual), including facilitating meetings on Teams, Zoom, and other report tools.
    Meeting facilitation and meeting summaries.

    Goal setting, strategy development, developing and disseminating reports and documentation for inclusion in annual reports and action plans, and developing schedules.

    Track completion and receipt and provide technical review and analysis of awardee-level project plans and deliverables to improve vaccination coverage in the awardee's target population(s).Lead communication efforts with awardees, including managing the Program Effectiveness mailbox and maintaining up-to-date contact lists.

    Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of collected data.

    Tracking and managing plans being submitted by the 64 awardee offices across the United StatesQualifications:
    BA/BS required.
    Master's degree is preferred but not required.

    At least 2-4 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably within a public health organization, preferably with experience in disease surveillance, program evaluation, and technical assistance.

    Experience with evaluation principles, methods, and data analysis approaches using analytic tools such as REDCap, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, SAS, or Excel.

    Familiarity with public health principles across multiple diseases and infirmities and developing and delivering presentations using multiple methods (e.g., MS Office Word and PPT).Experience with federal consulting and/or CDC experience, program planning, and project management experience is a plus.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, professionalism, and the flexibility to adjust his/her approach based on the client's strategic priorities are characteristics of a successful candidate for this role.

    This is a full-time role that allows for remote delivery; however, work hours must align with the core work hours for clients (Eastern time zone).Strong organizational and motivational skills.

    Strong time management and organizational skills; prioritizes time and projects appropriately.
